I woke up this morning and just felt off.
It’s been one of those weeks.
Maybe it’s post-vacation blues.
Maybe all the energy from the full moon was sucked up by someone else.
It’s only Wednesday!
It’s also no headphones Wednesday–so I walked to the train station with just my thoughts.
I decided the day could be good or bad, whatever I wanted to choose.
I thought back to the quote “if you tell yourself it’s not a problem, then it’s not.” So I told myself it was going to be a good day.
It was really just a normal day, but I set my mind to respond positively to negativity, to smile at strangers, and that this, too, shall pass.
I subscribe to The Happy Project Blog emails. Some days I read them, some days I don’t. As I was leaving work today, I decided to check the message in my inbox. And it just so happened to be the image above.
I still have a few more hours left in the day, and a lot can happen in a few hours!
You decide what kind of day it is. It’s never too late.
