Here are a few more pictures of gorgeous Prague before I get into the main topic…
And of course the infamous bread room.
Everything was SO cheap in Prague. I’m talking cheap. I took out 100 Euro and I had trouble spending it all. 270 Czech koruna = around 10 Euro. I kept thinking I was doing the conversion wrong because everything was way under 270 koruna. Every meal I had was about half that price.
And the beer? It was less than 1 Euro for a glass of beer!!!
Did you know the Czech Republic has the highest per capita beer consumption in the world?
Prague is overflowing with microbreweries; so I had to indulge.
The beer was amazing. I got a Märzen – originally brewed as the last brew of March, a semi-dark beer with caramel malt, hops and harmony (so said the description). It was 44 koruna.
No picture because I drank it too fast!
